Grand Park via Lake Eleanor — Saturday, Sep. 30, 2023

Road was in great condition to the Lake Eleanor trailhead. We started early at 800 at saw plenty of frost on the ground. The dirt was frozen on the steeper part of the trail just before Grand View park. We stopped for lunch at a view point on the Northern loop east of Fire Creek. Mountain views and fall foliage were beautiful on this clear chilly day. We saw more groups on the way back than on the way up.
