Road in fine condition, parking area was large and had restrooms and a picnic area.
Trail was great, just a couple small blowdowns to step over and a couple tiny patches of snow. Overall it's a wide trail with a pretty even grade so it's quite easy. I almost missed the turn off to Otter Falls, keep an eye out when you get close as it's easy to miss
