I hiked with my friend, friend's mom, and their small dog. We were able to get our hike in, but the trails were a little misleading and we had to complete our desired hikes on mini trails alongside the "main" trail. As walking along the trail, we were able to see the main lake a few times hidden behind trees, with a few photo spots, but it wasn't as the picture showed, and there wasn't that much clear space as shown in the picture of this trail. As predicted, when we were walking back, the trail started to get very muddy when it started to sprinkle. Luckily the hike back isn't too long, and flat grounds. In order to park at tiger mountain, you have to have a pass. The parking lot was small, but reasonable, we went around a time where it was busier, and it ended up being a full lot with a few open spaces. You can also park alongside the road coming up to the parking lot for tiger mountain. Overall a good walk, I wouldn't recommend for people who want to get a good, hard hike in. Recommend for people who want a flat ground, close and decent view of the lake, and a family friendly surrounding.
