we arrived at the trailhead at 9am on a wet, chilly, midweek day to an empty parking lot. The privy has been serviced. It rained on the way up, but we even got a few sun breaks on the way down.
the trail is in typical “winter” conditions. Very wet, but no snow at all on the way up to the lake. No snow at the overlook.
