Road was good until the Y for Bear lake. There is a fallen tree blocking the road to the right.
There’s a fair amount of large potholes and rutting but was passable in a Honda Fit. We parked at the corner before the trailhead due to the road being icy but it had melted by the time we were done.
The trail was pretty good other than some snow and slush. We went off past the log jam and the fire pit and the snow got pretty deep. Definitely need waterproof boots
