Enjoyed a beautiful day while we took advantage of mid-winter break. Visited Oscar the bird king and then headed down to the beach. Full view of Mt Rainier while we did a little beach combing. Walked a little ways down the beach and back- about a 1.25 miles.

I really liked the ring of bird house poles and the rows of log benches--it sets a very cool ceremonial scene!
