We hiked the Goose Rock Perimeter Trail and a small section of Goose Rock today! Got to the Deception Pass Park Office lot around 9:00 to only one other car in the lot (aside from parks vehicles). Very few folks on the trail, lots of seals in the water! Trail is in good condition, a few slightly clay-like mud sections but nothing too bad!
