Hex Mountain — Monday, Mar. 25, 2024

Snoqualmie Region > Salmon La Sac/Teanaway
Hex Mountain by Brian Decorah

I was the only one there from 9:30am-1pm on a Monday. Temps were around 40 when I started and upper 40s when I finished. I took my spikes and snowshoes, but didn’t use either. The boot pack was pretty hard, and I only broke through a few times when I stepped off the boot pack trail. There are a few trees across the trail, but pretty easy to go over/around. I definitely needed the GPS to tell me which way to go on the logging road, which had a handful of turnoffs. Once I left the logging road, it was easy to follow the trail/bootpack.

Keep in mind that you have to find a place to park, since the areas around the trailhead are tow-away zones. I was a short distance toward Roslyn where there were signs that indicated that parking was allowed.

Burger was at a place called The Brick in Roslyn.

I also post more photos and videos At BrianDecorahMBA on instagram.
