This is a nice, shorter trail
close to the Seattle megapolis. Much easier than Mt. Si. The trail is in good condition. Getting there: drive towards the Mt. Si trailhead, but just after crossing the Snoq. river, turn left into the parking lot. Then walk through the neighborhood 1/4 mile to the trailhead.
Then you walk steeply up a graveled path for 1/2 mile or so, after which the grade becomes very reasonable. The last 1/2 mile tilts up again. Views from the top include Mt. Si, valleys full of cars and cows, and the Cascades. We spent some time watching a helicopter flying above Mt. Si, then descending between it and Little Si and hovering about. Enjoy !
