Two new blow downs in addition to the three that were there last year but they're only minor inconviences since this is only a quick hike. Snow patches from 4400 feet but nothing serious except for a minor tricky crossing near the top. The bugs were a bit of a nuisance on the way up but the wind picked up and blew them away on the way down. Great views from the top of surrounding snowy peaks. I always have to go down to Ollalie Meadows too (the trail was very brushy). The meadow was wet and flowery and littered with signs from last winter's snow trails.
