Snoqualmie Region > Snoqualmie Pass

A spanking new trail in the Snoqualmie pass area! Although not officially open, it appears pretty much finished. It is already extremely crowded. HOT day for a hike, no other problems. Trail is smooth and even but steep, and the unshaded switchbacks had kids wilting and complaining in the heat. Fantastic fall color, views of Rainier, and a chilly swim to cool off. A few berries left.
