The cedar butte trail is reached off of the iron horse trail. It is marked by a small wooden sign on a tree a few yards east of the boxley creek bridge. The trail to the blowout loops back to the main trail so you don't have to backtrack; the blowout is rapidly filling with trees so it isn't so visually impressive, but you can still see it was a big one. The blowout trail joins the main trail from the right at a junction where the left trail goes to the summit(signed) and the center is signed ""south(something I forgot already)"". I followd it a ways and it seems to go mostly downhill and a little east and south as it gradually fades, there is some flagging up though. Anyone know what it is or where it goes?
