North Cascades > Mountain Loop Highway

The blow down has been cleared from the trail. There is still snow on the trail about 1/8 to 1/4 mile from the lake, but easily passable. The trail around the lake is mostly still covered with snow - boardwalks are about half melted off, but the rocky area is still under snow (but walkable if you don't mind postholing every now and then). This trail sees lots of use, and it is showing. Lots of erosion, roots, big steps, especially on the steeper parts of the upper half of the trail.
