Spray Park, Mowich Lake, Eagle Roost Camp & Obervation Rock — Wednesday, Sep. 6, 2006

Backed packed 2 miles From Mowich Lake to Eagle Roost Camp. Camped there the first night. Hiked from Eagle Roost Camp to Spray Park and Obervation Rock on our second day. There is no camping at Spray Park. Spent the day roaming the Park and picking blue berries. Hiked back to Eagle Roost Camp and spent our second night. On day three we hiked back from Eagle Roost Camp to Mowich Lake. It was to late for the flowers but the blue berries were plentifull. I rated the weather and views at a 10. Also there were no bugs. We met at least 7 parties of through hikers on the Wonderland Trail. They were all very happy because of the excllent weather. Of course the Hike from Mowich Lake to Spray Park and back can be done in one day . We took three to slow down the pace and enjoy the Mountain. It was a special week on the mountain. Rbrown
