This was a beautiful morning for an outing. There were otters popping up through the icy cover in the slough, but I was not able to photograph them (too quick). The views across the Bay toward Anacortes are outstanding.
There were about a dozen people walking along the dike and enjoying the clear skies and sunshine.
The Bay is more attractive when the tide is rising. I'm glad I checked the tide tables before planning this excursion.
