Thank you for the detailed directions! While we have visited Hamlin several times, and did more of a wander around the park, for this visit, I wanted to follow the 1.6 mile route in order to add some structure to our hike, and get to know the park better. We found everything described except for the "Pacifying the Dragon" plaque.
Kids enjoyed some blackberry picking (and eating) and geocaching, and I loved listening to the ravens overhead.
A lovely adventure close to home!
