5.2mi 1020m ascent. This trail can be described as having several sections: The stroll through the woods, followed by the ascent through the woods. Next comes the dirt-covered-rock slide coupled with the dirt-covered, steep shrubbery slope, which continues until the first upper rock field is in sight. The actual rock field follows, which is relatively short but the only false summit. The final ascent of rock, dirt, and shrubs, is a much better trail than the midsection. The peak rises only slightly above the trail.
