78year old female hiker who loves to do long day hikes so that I have a comfortable bed to sleep in. My favorite WA hikes include Comet Falls, Summerland, Kendall Katwalk, Cascade Pass/Shahale Arm, Lake Ann up at Mt. Baker, Skyline Divide, and Yellow Aster Butte. For young families, nothing beats Naches Peak at Mt. Rainier. I think Washington state is a hikers heaven and am very grateful for the work of WTA. Hiked the 26 mile Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in 2016 at age 71...just about killed me!
