I'm a nurse, mom, wife and herbalist. Born and raised in Washington state, my dad started taking me backpacking when I was 15. Some of the greatest memories of my life are from those hikes. I fell out of hiking and backpacking with adulthood, but now I'm finding space for it again in my life. My now grown kids and I are ready for our next adventures on the trails of Washington state!
