I have been an avid hiker for some 30 plus years now. I try to do at least 3 hikes a week all year long and average between 900-1000 miles a year. Crystal Peak, Spray Park, and Burroughs Mountain are a couple of my favorite hikes at Mt. Rainier, while Mt Dickerman near Glacier Peak and Granite Mountain off of I-90 are two that I also enjoy. Closer to home, I enjoy hikes at Tiger and Squak and also regularly hike Cedar Butte (next time you see the "Cedar Butte" sign at the start of the trail, I'm the guy that refurbished and reattached the sign after it had fallen off due to decay).
