Redmond Watershed Preserve — Sunday, Jan. 12, 2020

Puget Sound and Islands > Seattle-Tacoma Area

The Redmond watershed preserve was a beautiful hike I went on with a companion last Sunday. We got views of mossy trees and foliage plus walked by a beautiful pond area that was a great view. It snowed a ton on this hike, plus with the already existing snow on the ground I recommend waterproof shoes with wool socks with waterproof layers and a hat. Weather conditions shifted from snow to hail to rain within minutes so be prepared for anything wet and cold! Other than that, trails were clear. No pets allowed but with Low incline and multiple trail length options it would be a great hike for families with young kids.
