Wife and I decided to get back to the mountains. We drove up to Crystal Mountain ski resort for the first time..
We arrived about 8am and the parking lot was filling up fast. It was approx 31 degrees and light snow.
We headed for the snowshoe trails, and tried snowshoeing for the second time. We took a .5 mile up hill trail to start, it’s called the TNT trail. We then continued on the Blue Bell Loop trail.
The entire trail system is extremely well marked, not once were we worried on getting lost. We hiked for a little over 2 1/2 miles.. 3 hours total.. wife taking pictures and I with the GoPro.
If you are new to snowshoeing or have experience this is a great trail. There are also 3 more trails for more experienced snowshoers
Also if anyone can please tell me what the trail etiquette is for snowshoeing as far as which side of the ski trails to stay on, the right away etc. would you please let me know.. thanks a bunch
Sorry for no pictures

Snowshoers should stay out of the ski tracks. That’s all I know. 😎 happy trails!
