The trail is actually in really good shape, but there is one tree still across it; it's easily stepped-over by most people. It's muddy, and I was glad I had waterproof hiking boots. The hike itself is pretty but not spectacular, but the view from the top is lovely. I got there around 8:30 AM on a weekday and there were just a few cars in the parking lot by the time I left.
