Gorgeous day on the Dosewallips River Trail. Day hiked from washout (as far as you are allowed to drive) to the waterfall. Took us 5.6 miles to get to the waterfall, for a total of 11.2 miles. So many ripe berries on the trail. Very well maintained wide trail to follow. A family favorite!

Hi. Did you have to use the 100ft switchback to get to Elkhorn campgrounds? I have a fear of heights and I want to avoid that.
