Redmond Watershed Preserve — Saturday, Mar. 12, 2022

Puget Sound and Islands > Seattle-Tacoma Area

We arrived at the south TH at 9:30 and had no trouble finding parking in the large, paved lot.  This preserve offers very pleasant hiking in serene woods with many trail options.  We took Trillium to Pipeline to Collins Creek to Siler's Mill and connected with Pipeline back to the TH.  The trail signage is very good and provides not only trail directions but mileage to the next trails, as well.   The trails are in good shape with no muddy areas or down trees.    There were very few other hikers on the trails today.   We did have a number of trail runners pass us.  Taking the path we did, we hiked 5.7 miles and 325' elevation gain.

This trail system is a hidden gem for a very nice walk in the woods in a close-in setting.  We'll be back.
