First person in the lot at 7:30. As always trail is mostly wide and in great condition. There was mud here and there, a couple slippery spots. Trilliums were present but on their way out. Not too many people around on the hike. No noticeable bugs yet. This hike is very peaceful and laidback, not a lot to see, but you definitely feel secluded in nature. On my way out at 9:45 realized a race was about to happen as the rain started to pour and I was thankful for my timing. Bathroom here is great and love the outdoor shoe wash station.
