Crew Leader College 2022! Excellent training for Crew Leaders and Assistant Crew Leaders!
This all-weekend, 16-hour course was very cool in several ways: WTA providing excellent recurrent training to crew leaders, about 100 dedicated crew leaders and assistant crew leaders volunteering an entire weekend to improve skills and safety, and top-notch session leaders with a challenging hands-on curriculum.
Classroom work, combined with scenarios both indoors and outdoors, made for an intense and rewarding experience. This is a classic example of WTA doing an outstanding job of continuous improvement, promoting safety, and developing volunteer leadership.
