My dad and I arrived at the trail around 2:30 in the South Parking Lot and the parking lot was fairly full, however the trail was very quiet. We decided to hike down the Trillium Trail, and on the way back, we took the Pipeline Connector trail and took Pipeline back. It was misty raining but since we were in the trees, we did not get rained on. It was really scenic, overall, a gorgeous hike, in good condition with minimal elevation gain but lots of native vegetation life to observe. We mostly saw the non-native plants on the Pipeline Trail, where there were no trees covering the vegetation. Flowers were beginning to bloom, and we saw Devil's Club. There was a bear seen on the other side of the creek, but we never ran into any other wildlife. Different trails are very clearly marked so it was easy to find our way back!
