Olympic Peninsula > Northern Coast
Mount Storm King by blessedroyalty

This was one of the best hiking trails I have been on in my life. I love to hike! This trail may be only about 5 miles total. A group of us from my workplace came and decided to hike this mountain together. The intensity of this trail is great for someone who loves a challenge. From the start of the actual trail where you see the sign “Storm Trail” to head towards going to the mountain has mostly incline going up.

The scenery was very beautiful. You need to be alert of where you step on this trail. When I made it to the top of the mountain at about 2, 085 feet of elevation gained, I was so proud of myself and the entire team for making it to the top. When you reach the part you have to use the ropes or not use the ropes, just be careful.

So going down the mountain please pay attention to your surroundings and where you are stepping. I’m thankful that I made it from the starting point to the end point. I have some beautiful pictures.
