Awesome snow free lake to reach this time of year on the Olympic Peninsula. GPS logged 7.8 miles and right at 2500 feet of elevation gain. The hike is rather mundane as you meander uphill through the forest until you reach the lake but it is definitely worth it. 3:15 total travel time (not counting the time I spent at the lake to enjoy it).
