Evans Lake — Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2025

Super easy and short trail through lush bushes and forest. A long drive up on forest service roads to get to the turn around across from the trail head. The end of the last road is very narrow, but keep the faith. Instructions in the description were accurate. Lake is gorgeous and we had it to ourselves until a guy and his dog showed up as we were leaving. As another person said, the signs at the trail head are up an embankment from the road, not visible from the road. Lots of berries along the trail!
