Anacortes Community Forest Lands - Sugarloaf — Monday, Oct. 13, 2025

Absolutely stunning! 
It’s been 6 months since we were last at Sugarloaf and Mount Erie and we couldn’t have asked for a better day. 50 degrees and abundant sunshine. The forest is so stunning, so much moss and ferns. The views at the top are 10/10! You’ll get your heart rate up hiking up, but know that it’s so worth it! Trail is mostly packed dirt except the very top which has rocks to the top. A few, few flowers hanging on.
