Hawkins Mountain — Sunday, Oct. 5, 2025

Decided to go after this one. There isn’t an official TH but parked my car a little down from the house. I am used to riding hard roads but this one a red-neck 4x4 is probable the only car that can make it up further up. Walked the pleasant road up until you hit the clearing. Afterwords the road starts to grow over but easy to follow. Eventually you have to hike upwards to your goal. The burn section was a good section to follow up. Eventually route finding is needed and very minor scramble to the top. Beautiful view, not a single person out that day
