Goat Creek is a little gem. It's a very short hike but worth lingering at every bend in the babbling brook. The creek was flowing pretty well for this time of year. It's very green for a spot that has been burned; the moss and undergrowth are coming back nicely.
There are a couple of logs to step over, but not a big deal.
As other reporters have noted, take road 7175.
