North Cascades > North Cascades Highway - Hwy 20

Much of this hike is in the forest, which makes it bearable on a hot, sunny day. We were harassed by flies the entire way up, no matter how much bug spray we used. No peace at the pass either; the flies chased us back down. By my estimation, there are more spectacular views of the North Cascades from other trails.
