Trip Report

White Pass - Pilot Ridge Loop — Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2013

North Cascades > Mountain Loop Highway
This rough trail wanders off the PCT near White Pass, and turns into a climbers trail for Glacier Peak. For those more inclined to just meander on a trail of small streams, waterfalls and flowers, and up to a less noble goal (White mountain) a fine place to linger. The small waterfalls provided a very welcome retreat for us on our week long below White Pass.

foam creek trail

Where abouts near White Pass is the trail for Foam Creek Basin? Also, the "read more in our hiking guide" says this trail is on the Mountain Loop Highway, but White Pass is down near Rainier ???
