West Tiger Four-Summit Loop, West Tiger 3 — Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2015

Issaquah Alps > Tiger Mountain

I mixed up the west tiger four summer loop trail for a total of 12 miles. Parking at the Cable line trail head, I hiked the "unmarked" trail to the High point trail head. Then, instead of taking bus line to nook trail I hiked west tiger mountain 3 to the Talus trail. I followed the directions up until rounding the gate. From here I followed west tiger 3 all the way down. While you are out on the trail and looking for "larry's crossing or poo top trail markers, it is actually marked as the Hidden Forest trail. All trails were in great condition up until hitting the one view trail. From here it was a little overgrown and occasionally hit a few sticker bush branches sticking out into the trail. Nothing major but wear pants if you have soft skin. Poo Top will feel like an eternity but keep pushing. Hikers hut is an amazing view.
