Rainy day, but great hike. The rain seemed to make everything more vibrant. Saw lots of mushrooms and western salamanders, harbor seals, blue herons, gulls and other birds. Lots of wild herbs. Started out on the short trail but somehow got on the bike trail and realized my mistake and had to back track.
