While the trail to Gobbler's knob was impossible to find, the views from the Ridgeline were spectacular and a great spot to setup a hammock and relax for the day after post holing and bushwhacking. I wouldn't recommend trying this hike until at least early July.

Did you even make it to the Lake George turnoff, at the top of Round Pass at the top of Westside Road? Gobblers Knob is beyond the lake about a mile or so.

Unfortunately we were not able to make it that far :(, too much snow cover.

How far did you make it? By ridgeline do you mean like halfway between the trailhead and the lake?

That's the spot, just too much snow and there was no way the trail was accessible.
