One of my default trail running destinations since 2006. Well maintained trails, fresh, clean air, and constant tree cover (helpful on stifling hot as well as rainy days). The outer loop is 4.5 miles with gentle rolling hills but there a plenty of variations you can do and there are maps at every intersection. Many connection trails exist as well if you are willing to explore. You can't bring dogs but horses are okay so there is a lot of horse poop.
