Trip Report
Tolt-MacDonald Park — Saturday, Mar. 24, 2018
Puget Sound and Islands > Seattle-Tacoma Area
We hiked the Cottonwood Loop and Coho Corner trails, which were roughly about 4 miles. The trailhead is near the suspension bridge, past the campground/yurts.
Although there were quite a few campers, we only saw one or two other hikers. One of the hikers had just seen some coyotes on the trail, but we didn't spot any wild life (although we did hear an owl).
The trail is in great condition with wild flowers like skunk cabbage and salmon berry just starting to bloom.
We will definitely visit again to complete the other trails!
