We only hiked to the wood bridge. There was one small tree down over the trail that we had to go under. We went through several sections where the trail was quite overgrown but thankfully no nettles! There were ripe huckleberries, blackberries and a couple other we weren't sure about. Lots of moss, mushrooms etc. to see. When we got to the wood bridge crossing the creek we felt like it was a great place to stop with the kids and have lunch. The bugs were rather annoying and not knowing if the trail would continue as overgrown as it was we decided to head back. In all my tracker indicated we went 2.29miles roundtrip. Then we headed back down to the boat launch and let the kids play in the water there.
