Port Gamble Forest - Beaver Pond Trail — Sunday, Nov. 24, 2019

This trail system is super fun. We went to see the Beaver dams but ended up on several different trails, exploring what was there. Did make it to the pond but water was calm. Lots of maps to help when you begin to feel a little lost & GREAT hikers happy to help. Logging roads were very well maintained and trails were clearly marked. Looks like a mountain bikers paradise too. Did not see any wildlife, but did see prints in some of the more muddier areas. We'll be back to see what the other trails have to offer.
