Wanted a midweek short hike to someplace close to home, so we headed to Red Top Lookout for lunch.
Road was its usual roughness, once past the junction, but nothing anything couldn’t handle, if going a decent speed.
No one was in the parking area when we got there. We went on the trail to the right, around the base of the lookout and then up the backside. Hung out for awhile on top, then headed north on the trail, through the agate beds and along Teanaway Ridge.
Beautiful day out, but the mosquitoes were bothersome, except in the areas where the wind was.

Not at the lookout, but there was some still blooming just past the lookout, at the agate beds.
