Crystal Mountain Loop (Silver King) — Sunday, Jul. 24, 2022

Took the silver creek trail from the parking lot up to Henskin lake then continued on the Crystal Mountain trail to the top where we took the gondola down. Beautiful hike, trail is in great condition with only a couple of very small patches of snow. The trails were well marked and having GPS was helpful as there are a few other trails and roads that extend from the main trail.

From the parking lot to the top was 4.8 miles and about 2400 feet of elevation gain. Lots of sun exposure so pack sunscreen. Bugs weren’t awful but would have definitely liked to have bug spray.
