The Backcountry Horsemen and WTA volunteers paired up to brush back the trail from the wooden foot bridge on the north side of the trail up and across Goat Mountain to the third snow avalanche chute. The trail has not looked this good for 5 years. Now unimpeded to hikers and horses from Blue Lake Trailhead to Kalama Horse Camp Trailhead (8 miles).
