Swauk Forest Discovery Trail — Sunday, Oct. 22, 2023

Could not recommend this hike more. Larches are at peak color and the views are spectacular from pretty much the entire loop. 

Don't miss the fork to go up to the viewpoint. The trip down the backside was the diamond of the trail too. The larch grove was dropping needles and at peak color. 

Kids and dog loved the trail.
