Urban trail in pretty good shape. North side requires walking on a narrow sidewalk along NE 145th which is a very busy city arterial. I counted 5 small homeless encampments along the trail, all on the south and east sides of the route. There is a 10 meter stretch on the West side that has minor flooding with about 2” of standing water so wear appropriate footwear.
