Hiked South Bessemer on Easter. Snowshoes needed above 3,000', unless you enjoy postholing. The final 1,000' of gain doesn't offer much shade.
Save this one for a clear day. Views don't really open up until the upper part. But great views from that point.
Thirteen miles and 4k of gain. Started at 8:20, reached the summit at 12:30. Thirty minutes on top, and back to the car at 3:40.
