I won't bother reiterating what Alan's June 22 report mentioned. We went to the Lower enchantments June 22-24. The trail from Nada to Snow Lakes is also clear (lots and lots of mosquitos at both lakes!!). We didn't hit snow on the trail until just beyond Vivian (mosquito free). While the bridge crossing the outlet at Vivian is gone, it's an easy crossing (there are some rocks to hop on the lake side) - your boots should stay dry.
